1. Who we are

Bottiglia is a technology platform operated by Leisure Media Group, Copenhagen, Denmark. Bottiglia connects wine buyers with independent wine estates and producers. Bottiglia is a technology facilitator only — not a wine merchant, retailer, importer, or distributor. Every transaction on Bottiglia is a direct commercial agreement between the buyer and the producer. Bottiglia is not a party to that agreement.

2. How orders work

When you place an order through Bottiglia, you are purchasing directly from the producer. Bottiglia facilitates the order by transmitting your details and order to the producer, who will then contact you to arrange payment and delivery. Bottiglia does not process payments on your behalf and does not take custody of any goods.

The producer is solely responsible for accepting your order, processing payment, packing, shipping, and delivery. Any disputes regarding fulfilment, quality, or delivery must be raised directly with the producer in the first instance.

3. Producer responsibilities

• All wine listings must be accurate — vintage, grape variety, certifications, and available stock.
• Producers are solely responsible for packing, shipping, and delivery of orders.
• Producers must publish and honour their own terms of sale, including returns and refunds.
• Producers must comply with all applicable laws governing the sale and export of alcohol in their jurisdiction.
• Producers may not list wines that are misrepresented, counterfeit, or illegal to sell.

4. Buyer responsibilities

By placing an order on Bottiglia, you confirm that:

• You are of legal drinking age in your country of residence (minimum 18 years).
• You are legally permitted to import alcohol into your destination country.
• You understand that the producer — not Bottiglia — is responsible for fulfilling your order.
• You will direct any fulfilment, shipping, or product quality complaints to the producer in the first instance.
• You will contact Bottiglia support only if the producer fails to respond within a reasonable time.

5. Bottiglia's role and limitations

Bottiglia provides a technology platform to facilitate the discovery and ordering of wines. We do not inspect, verify, store, or handle any physical goods. We make no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, authenticity, or fitness for purpose of any wines listed by producers.

Bottiglia reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any producer or buyer account that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or engages in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bottiglia and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from: the quality, accuracy, or legality of any wine listed or sold by a producer; a producer's failure to ship, deliver, or honour an order; delays or losses caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events; any dispute between a buyer and a producer. Bottiglia's total liability to any user shall in no event exceed the amount of the service fee paid to Bottiglia in connection with the relevant transaction.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Bottiglia — including design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Leisure Media Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Producers retain ownership of the content they upload to the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Bottiglia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
